It's only a matter of time before the Daeva fall. When Dragon Lord Fafnir returns, every last one of them will be turned into Karas.
Rather than spend my days worrying about when the Balaur will discover this hideout, I'd sooner crawl at their feet.
If I tell them where the hideout is, surely they'll spare me.

And even if fortune turns against me, I have nothing to fear so long as I keep a dose of the antidote on hand. I won't end up as a Karas.
