Regarding Surana Development

Thanks to the valiant advances of our troops, the siege of Eltnen has been concluded successfully.
At present, we have decided that there are no major issues to address in Eltnen.
Accordingly, as development of Surana, Ishtar's latest undertaking, begins, the Balaur in Eltnen are to prepare for the next phase as soon as possible.
Once Surana has been fully developed, we shall have that cursed Odyle energy at our disposal and Atreia will finally fall into Balaur hands.

Surana development is scheduled to proceed at ... order a meeting in the region.
Over.
