What NC announced on October 1
NC released a fix for an issue that prevented some players’ advanced-access status from being recognised. The publisher also said that problems with some in-game purchases should now be fixed. No server downtime was needed: the fix applied the next time the client was restarted.
In the same notice, NC said that account-linking issues were still under investigation. This is an archive of the October 1 announcement, not confirmation of every account’s current status or a resolution of later payment incidents.
