Renewed Resolve
Talk to Luteros at Dawn Legion Base
Story
"Won't you go to paradise beyond the Bulwark with us?"
While Phernos recovered, the legionnaires shared various stories.
The founding of the Dawn Legion, their resolve to cross the Bulwark, and their unwavering faith in Caelid...
After speaking at length with the legionnaires, you decided to formally join the Dawn Legion and work to cross the Bulwark.
At last, Phernos showed himself.
According to him, an Empyrean Core is required to cross the Bulwark, and that is what he seeks.
The whereabouts of the High Priestess of Illusion, who is in possession of a Core, remain unknown. After resolving the issues at the Verteron Marsh, the Illusion Cavaliers offered help.
According to the Illusion Cavaliers, the High Priestess Reda was last seen in the Verteron Fortress Ruins. It is now overrun with Balaur, but the Cavaliers' illusion magic will allow you to slip in undercover.
