October 8 EU cloud outage: NC marked the issue resolved
NC marked the European cloud-outage notice Resolved. Compensation details were published in a separate October 8 announcement.

The October 8 incident’s status
NC listed the European servers affected by the cloud outage, then updated the notice to say the issue had been resolved. The original list of unavailable servers describes that incident; it is not a current status report for all EU servers.
Compensation was announced separately
In the Resolved update, NC promised compensation during the next maintenance. Later on October 8, a separate notice set out the conditions: a one-day extension of already-active membership and already-active pet auto-loot, plus a Special Daeva Supply chest for players on affected servers. Compensation details have therefore been announced since the original outage notice.
The Resolved label applies to this particular outage. It does not explain every later connection error or confirm that compensation has reached a specific account. The separate official compensation notice provides the conditions and the affected-server list.
