Who qualified for the service extensions
NC announced one extra day of membership for players with active memberships on affected servers. Players with active pet auto-loot were to receive one extra day of auto-loot. These extensions were planned for the upcoming maintenance, with no separate action required from players.
This was an extension of services that were already active. The announcement did not offer to activate membership or auto-loot for every EU player. The notice alone also does not confirm that a particular account’s extension has been applied.
Contents of the Special Daeva Supply chest
A Special Daeva Supply chest was separately announced for players on affected servers, to be sent by in-game mail. The table contains all five items and quantities in the official notice. English names are retained to distinguish the items from similar variants.

Affected-server list
Elyos: Nezekan, Kaisinel, Ariel, Meslamtaeda, Nania, Luteros, Daminu, Bakarma, Kochi, Tiamat. Asmodian: Zikel, Lumiel, Azphel, Beritra, Ulgorn, Odar, Kromede, Baba, Fafnir, Agnita, Atiel. The separate compensation notice lists 21 servers in total: ten Elyos and eleven Asmodian.
The conditions apply to the listed EU servers, not every region or any later incident. The notice does not give an exact delivery deadline for the mailed bundle; check receipt on your own account.
