This document certifies that Tsenka Merchants and Eiron Refugee Camp jointly own the Hall of Compassion.

Article 1: Any act tantamount to the disposal or damage of the building is prohibited.
Article 2: The permitted uses of this building are as follows:

[2] Storage of historical records
Article 3: Defense of the building is a shared obligation; in the event of intrusion, both parties shall cooperate immediately.
